SS4Xanatos says: February 2, 2017 at 4:30 pm Chef John, do you have a recipe for what are apparently known as “Hamburger Dill” pickles? I’ve recently been wanting to make those myself but don’t know the difference in ingredients between dill pickles vs hamburger dill pickles. And no, I’m not talking about simply putting a dill pickle on a hamburger. Apparently a hamburger dill pickle is its own style of dill pickle. It tastes different (better in my opinion) than a regular dill pickle. But I’m not sure what the difference is.
