Lemon tea may suppress your appetite a bit. Antioxidants in tea are actually good for health but it does not have any fat burning properties. Actually no food is separately burns fat. You have to burn fat by creating a caloric deficit by dieting and exercising. Some food on the other hand can increase your metabolism or fill you up with less calories. So plan your diet accordingly. To lose bodyfat you need to do both strength training and cardio, but as a general rule it is said you can reduce 1-2 Kg per week, so do your math. Based on your gender, body type and height, find your healthy weight range and you will have a fair idea how much body fat you need to lose. Easier said than done, but pickup any strategy and do it for one month and you will see noticeable progress which will push you more and more into the lifestyle of healthy.
