The average male in our opinion can have 3-4 whole eggs per day. The rest should come from egg whites. Reason being, the fat content in 3-4 eggs is 15-20 grams of fat, of which a large portion is saturated fats. We need some saturated fats in our diet, while focusing on unsaturated fats mostly. Depending on your goals we should always try and keep our meals as balanced as possible, even when they are snacks. Which means veggies and fiber is needed with every meal. Around 8 grams of fiber a meal is ideal in our opinion. So a shake along with cut up veggies and 8-10 almonds is a great snack.
