What i think il try to do is eat 2 TO 3 protein meals, I mean like lets say one day i eat an egg for breakfast (with other good healthy stuff), and then lunch chicken (with green veggie stuff), and then dinner again with meat ??? But also, if i eat some nuts as a snack during the day, that count as a mini meal, and i could add some greens. That is why i wouldnt eat meat at dinner time, anyway they say the last meal of the day should be the lightest… i dont know if thats really true, for losing weight. Im kinda scared to take more weight instead of losing. Also, what is youre portion for the meat/proteins ?? By the way you should steam or lightly boil veggies like Kale, spinach and broccoli and most leafy greens. Look up “Oxalates” on Google or “Low Oxalate Diet”, this really opened my eyes and changed up a lot of my shit, its no wonder a lot of these guys sound all drunk or high all the time, its because free radicals are taking over their body and their cells are crying out for oxygen, they are literally drowning. Btw if your exercising you should be supplementing with “Cell Food” to combat free radicals, studies have shown that regular exercise promotes oxygen absorbing free radicals in the blood stream and that a regular work out of 30 mins a day can result in said person having the equivalent free radical count of a regular smoker. 🙁 Look it up peeps.
