That’s common sense and proves nothing. Also do you know anything about statistics? How many people were in this sample group? What population was the sample group pulled from? What was the level of significance used for the study? What many don’t understand is statistics can be manipulated to fit a hypothesis. Such that, if the study compared large amounts of LISS vs moderate amounts of HIIT then it’s clear the investigator favored HIIT cardio.
