I think 30 second sprints are a great place to start, but try starting with a longer recovery period so that you can truly go ALL- OUT on your work intervals. Try 3-5x 30 seconds sprints with 2:30 rest to start. Improve your distance sprinted each time you repeat the workout. Best of luck to you!
