I was informed by my Naturopath that microwave are ban in European countries. It’s best to broil, bake, grill; steam or if frying use coconut or grape seed oil that can with stand high heat! You should get yourself a new naturopath, or better yet, learn some actual science on the matter. Now it is true that microwaving food CAN destroy certain nutrients such as vitamin c amongst others, but this is true of ALL cooking methods involving heat. The trick is to minimize the time heat is applied. In this regard a microwave oven may actually be better at preserving nutrients than other cooking methods, since the cooking time is considerably shorter.
