This fasting bullshit may work in 1-2 or max 3 days. First of all in fitness food timing is very important. Secondly when fasting that long time, blood sugar drops low and ketons come intio work, which is not the favorite thing of the brain. Thirtdly there will be no difference at all if you eat 2000 calories in 6 hours or in 12 hours. Those calories will be the same to your body.Would it make any difference if you feel your car 10 liter of fuel 5 times or once 50 liters? No it wont, but cars feel no hunger. So why starve yourself when you can spread this 2000 calories into at least 4 meals and eat every 3-4 hours and youw ont probably even feel any hunger. Those people who seek miracles are just lazy people who can not be consistant and probably cover their macros after the fasting with 6 hours of donut eating. I’m losing nothing but bf in roughly a 500 cal deficit. 30% protein, 30% fat, 40% carbs…I don’t adjust my macros, at least not now, just the amount changes as weight decreases. not being hungry and being lazy are two different things, but as long as you hit your protein goal (or most of it) daily, let the rest will work itself out. NO FAST FOOD! take 2-3 hours on a free day you have (I chose sunday) and cook a bunch of meals!! in a road trip hunger scenario fast food has to be eaten, opt for the grilled chicken!
