I currently only lift and do no cardio. I rotate my workouts between 4-5 consecutive days of lifting one week to maybe every other day. I also do yoga daily. I see some nice muscle gains in my arms which were stubborn to grow. I feel amazing and very strong. My lower stomach and back are my toughest areas as they still have fat. Would you recommend doing cardio and if so how much? I was thinking HITT sessions to kick up the fat loss. Thanks in advance.
