Unless you’re trying to get extremely lean, fuck all the macro information. Eat 250-300 calories less than your BMR. Any amount less than that is pushing the limit, and you will risk muscle loss. I had great results eating in a -300 caloric deficit for only 6 weeks. I recommend running intensely 4 times a week and lifting for 3, over several weeks. Take a refeed day once a week to satisfy your hunger, get more protein, and prevent your metabolism from slowing down. It sucks not being able to build muscle in a caloric deficit, so you may not have as much motivation, but lifting will help you maintain your strength and keep your metabolism high. Cutting requires the same mindset as bulking. You have to be obsessed, patient, and dedicated.
