What you mention regarding muscle building before or during “fat loss” is something I can attest to. Throughout my year of getting healthy I’ve done minimal to NO exercise but somehow still manage to create some muscle tone and definition. I’m still working on my thyroid (hashimoto’s) which I believe could’ve been a big player in the loss of my Son. As well as my adrenals who have been put through the ringer after crash dieting, weight loss pills, divorce, multiple deaths in the family etc, but I see the light. Thank you for what you do.
