    Hello there, have you considered this diet plan called the Fenoboci Diet
    Plan? My friend says it helps people lost lots of weight. Is that possible?

    @DrBerg Thank you thank you thank you! ! Because of you, about a year ago I
    saw the light to many of my problems. After suffering a full term
    stillbirth and dealing with all the emotional, psychological and physical
    effects of it I’ve learned a whole lot about my body with your help. I’m
    still a work in progress and hopefully getting the right help with an N.D.
    I found 6mos. ago here in Cali.

    What you mention regarding muscle building before or during “fat loss” is
    something I can attest to. Throughout my year of getting healthy I’ve done
    minimal to NO exercise but somehow still manage to create some muscle tone
    and definition. I’m still working on my thyroid (hashimoto’s) which I
    believe could’ve been a big player in the loss of my Son. As well as my
    adrenals who have been put through the ringer after crash dieting, weight
    loss pills, divorce, multiple deaths in the family etc, but I see the
    light. Thank you for what you do.

    This guy is a doctor? Really? He is telling me why I can’t lose weight when
    I went on a low carb diet two years ago and lost 33 pounds, and have kept
    it off since. This is just all psycho-babble to make fat people feel
    better. You CAN lose weight, you have to try though, not just accept it.

    This is explained so perfectly, thank you. I worked 6 weeks to gain muscle
    and strengthened my bones. My body healed and then the fat began to melt
    off in the course of 6 more weeks. Now i continue to build my muscles and
    make my bones stronger, sans sugar of course.

    Why can’t I GAIN weight? This video was very enlightening. I have no fat on
    me, and I almost never did. If I don’t work my body like a horse, I do
    atrophy at a pretty fast rate. I could never make 72 hours on sugars in my
    diet, such as from proteins. My sugar will drop within 6 hours of eating
    any kind of meal. I avoid refined sugar, and make a variety of healthy
    meals, including complex carbohydrates in an effort to maintain a BMI that
    is hideously low. I am 62, 5’5″ and I weigh about 85 pounds. How can I GAIN
    Weight?

    Dr. Berg, I read that chromium pollinate is good in sugar metabolism. Would
    you please explain the analogy behind please? so now there are two minerals
    good for sugar metabolism such as potassium and chromium?
