But I love it. Who feels like me? M Hoguet says: July 26, 2015 at 7:06 am Great! HARD!!! Metal4MyLife says: July 26, 2015 at 7:06 am Have been doing your videos almost daily along with strenght training 5-6 times a week and the conditioning ive got has been so fast its insane, I train really rough and do HIIT 4-6 times a week. Seriously, thank you Daniel and Kelly, love you guys! Harsh Bhasin says: July 26, 2015 at 7:06 am Reading all these comments and looking at all those burpees, I thought I was up against a challenge. But it feels good to say that I was able to complete routine without any problems/breaks. Honestly speaking I felt my regular HIT running feels more harder than this. All in all though this is a good routine. Seba P says: July 26, 2015 at 7:06 am After the first round i had to quit i simply couldn’t continue i literally felt like puking or fainting, and i really mean LITERALLY. i am 190cm tall weigh 80kg and look pretty normal. I feel really bad and depressed for not being able to complete this workout. so is it normal for a normal shaped man to not be able to complete this? Seba P says: July 26, 2015 at 7:06 am +Eric Johnson thanks. I have now been running every day and done a easier cardio workout that’s also from fitness blender. going to try this one again in a few weeks Eric Johnson says: July 26, 2015 at 7:06 am +Seba P Don’t worry sir regardless of your normal frame like Jason E said on the first go round it’s tough. I would suggest doing some 15 minute workouts and gradually move up to the more complex ones. Seba P says: July 26, 2015 at 7:06 am +Jason E. okay, thx for replying.i don’t have much time though, since i’v recently started to go to the gym on mondays, wednesdays and fridays and want to let my body have a rest day, i use this workout for those days i am not able to go to the gym for whatever reasons. Jason E. says: July 26, 2015 at 7:06 am +Seba P keep doing it. it’s normal not to be able to complete it at first. keep doing it so your body can adapt Seba P says: July 26, 2015 at 7:06 am +Seba P btw, by first round i mean the first 14 mins. soledad campos says: July 26, 2015 at 7:06 am OH.MY.DAYUM.
