Very easy to make and healthy too. 2- when you are at the gym (if you go), when going on the treadmill try doing interval training. I works. For example, speed walk or jog for 2 minutes at moderate pace and then speed up the mph to double for a sprintof one minute. Repeat for 30 minutes. 3 minutes each = 10 repetitions. This is better than straight jogging bc it doesnt give your body and muscles the chance to get used to the intensity. Youll get exhausted more easily and people who do this tend to lose more in a shorter period. 3- try working with smaller or lighter weights. Its good to work the muscles while losing weight because more muscle mass eqauls faster metabolic rate, which help in burning calories which leads to fat loss. They wont make you bulky but they will definitely tone you up. Im a little young but a lot of what you do and these tips helped me lose 15 pounds in 2 1/2 months.
