    I love this video, thanks girls! ❤️ I have one question though- I’m
    actually allergic to refined sugar and I’m vegan. I’ve found that I feel
    way better just eating fruit sugars and I feel like I’m away from an
    addictive cycle! Maybe that’s just part of my allergy. What are your
    thoughts on refined sugars? :)

    So well done! There needs to be more videos like this out there! I studied
    nutrition in uni as well and the paleo diet just makes NO SENSE at all! I
    also studied marketing and man, the people who market paleo have done an
    exceptional job! But it’s SOOOOOO wrong for the human body

    from what i see in my daily life, most people function off of caffeine, so
    the energy is not natural.

    This is great. I have a friend who is paleo and she’s always sending me
    stuff on how veganism is bad for our heath and the environment 😂. I’ve
    done plenty of research about veganism and know, without a shadow of a
    doubt, it’s the healthiest lifestyle. Not only for me, but for the
    environment as well.

    almost and lately I feel really tired do u know why that would be?
