    I’m going to start WW but not go to the meetings because I can’t stand them. I ordered the smart points calculator & some WW cookbooks. I’m going to watch your videos to get ideas and motivation. I’m 53 and want to lose about 40 pounds.

    Congratulations on yet another fab weightloss this week! It is wonderful that you are back on track AND making videos again. I lost 70,5 Pounds on my own about 10 years ago but gained it back + 32 pounds more 🙁 I have NOT been overweight my entire life. However, this “weight-thing” can so easily get out of control. Keep going on your program Tracey, and keep the videos coming. We are watching :-))
