    When you get to go on your cruise you will be close to me. I am a subscriber from Puerto Rico. I think people can go on cruises when they have discipline and follow the program, no matter where you are. For me weight watchers is a change in lifestyle. I hear people at the meetings that after they see so much food and eat so much they regret it gaining a lot back. If you stick to your plan and doing exercise on the cruise and avoiding those sugary foods you will be ok. Enjoy your trip!!!

    There are hiking trails near me by the sound, it’s supposed to be really pretty. When it gets warmer we should scope it out on a Friday morning sans children!

    good for you-going on a cruise but being sensible about eating and exercise. I love all inclusive resorts which have a lot of buffets. My trick is to take the smallest plate they offer as opposed to the dinner size plate. I can keep portions down,still eat what I want and on’t feel deprived. I typically do not gain much and what gain I quickly lose when I return. Have fun!
