    Glad to see the cinnamon is Ceylon as opposed to Cassia plus it is organic! Could you address the difference for your viewers because it is very important to know that Cassia, the more commonly available cinnamon can be dangerous.

    Also, the California olive oil is the way to go! Viewers should look for the California Olive Oil Council (COOC) Seal Certification. This seal certifies that the oil is 100% olive oil! So many of the olive oils for purchase in stores don’t contain 100% olive oil.
