Alan Michael says: July 24, 2015 at 2:13 pm Yep, cut out all the crap (junk food, snacks, fast food, and soda) until the diet is under check: that means eat all whole foods, cook all your meals, and if you can’t eat cooked whole foods try to eat as little as possible of the processed shit. People need to learn to stop buying prepared meals that don’t come from an actual chef at a restaurant who is using whole foods. The sad thing is everyone in America who makes an income can afford to eat healthy (either through food stamps or buying the right food). Liquids: Water, black coffee, and tea; everything else is a delicacy and should be treated as such. A cup of black coffee (with minimal sugar and cream) or tea (with minimal honey but add cinnamon, but not sugared cinnamon) are great ways to prevent water retention, promote muscle growth, burn fat, and relax the body. Yet do not drink a gallon coffee or tea a day. The only thing you should drink a gallon of is water (or replacing water lost through physical excursion). Protein/Fat: Salmon, skinless chicken breasts, kidney peas, chickpeas (garbanzos) black eyed peas, and beans in general. These will not break the bank once a month, just don’t buy all of these at once or bulk up, if you work out regularly and eat right you’ll go through your monthly allotment fast. So buy based on needs and sustainability. Nutrients: Carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, tomatoes, lettuce, baby spinach, celery, green-red-yellow peppers, cucumbers, and green beans. I’m likely missing some leafy greens but these are available in most super markets and are both diuretics and nutritious: as in the essential vitamins the body needs. Try to stay away from the canned stuff as much as possible. The vegetables I listed can all be steamed or eaten raw and aren’t “gross.” Carbohydrates: Sweet potatoes, brown rice, baked potatoes, white rice, oatmeal (not pre packaged and just use blueberries, raisins, raspberries, honey, and cinnamon on your oatmeal to keep the regular oats from being a choir to eat) apples, bananas, kiwis, oranges, avocados, yogurts, and peaches. shiroi hige says: July 24, 2015 at 2:13 pm thank you so much for these advices i will try them and im sure they will work ObesetoBeast says: July 24, 2015 at 2:13 pm +shiroi hige I hope they do!
