    I do IF for the *mental and physical* enhancements. I fast approximately
    18-20 hrs a day and i love it. the mental clarity that I get after about 12
    hrs is great.

    I’ve pretty much been unknowingly doing this.. I wake up don’t eat
    anything.. Go to school until 11-12 then I eat like one egg and a piece of
    bread.. Go to gym, lift, play basketball for cardio, then by the time I get
    home around 6pm I eat a large meal and multiple snacks to fulfill my inner
    fat boy. I’m down 40 lbs.. Ain’t broke don’t fix it I guess.
