    I agree on the benefits. Fasting can help you learn when you are really
    hungry because we are taught to eat a certain way. People eat when they are
    not hungry and are taking in to many calories. Fasting helps you learn to
    listen to your body without food for a small period of time so you know
    when you are hungry not just craving food. You don’t know anything🙁

    I do think it’s possible to do it in a healthy way, if you have a healthy
    relationship with food and it matches your lifestyle.

    But you are right for many it can be dangerous — for me it was just
    another way for me to justify my disordered eating… I would try to push
    my first meal back as long as possible and I would feel guilt if I got
    hungry and had a nibble of banana or a date too early.

    On certain days when I pushed my first meal back extremely late, I felt so
    much pride and then I would still try to eat as little as possible during
    the eating window. There were times when I would have a normal meal and
    throw it back up just because I didn’t want to undo my “progress.”

    Just to clarify as it seems I didn’t make myself clear, this video is
    targeted at people who come to IF for the sole purpose of getting quick
    weight loss results. I am not talking about those people who are eating
    2000+ calories whilst also doing IF. I am talking about it from the
    perspective of myself, who before I was vegan seeked out IF as a way to
    lose weight by restricting. THIS IS A PERSPECTIVE FROM PEOPLE WHO RESTRICT
    THEIR CALORIES.

    IF is not supposed to be done everyday!! its only 1 or 2 per week.

    IF is not a starvation diet. You’re not supposed to decrease your calories.

    According to Dr Gregger Animals who are forced to fast LIVE longer, fasting
    is 100% healthy I disagree, sorry.
