    Haha! I’ve finished half the book. Lots of vital info. It’s pretty exciting
    to have a handbook to health.

    I’m curious about one thing.

    Will I ever be able to get back to my mountain biking? I like to ride at
    least 10 hours per week. My experience is that the people I’ve been riding
    with do not have the symptoms as described in the book. Levi rides 60 miles
    per day on average. I have a friend who also rides this much. He’s been
    doing that amount since the early 70’s, so he’s 60 now, and looks 40.
