    Anything you can think of to replace the toast/bread? I find if I just eat
    eggs/fats for breakfast it upsets the stomach. Would buckwheat groats or
    something like that be acceptable?

    the hardest time eating eggs without a piece of toast.

    see more on what to eat on the keto plan. i started keto a few weeks ago
    and not sure if i am consuming too many carbs.
