I have the same hair texture like you, and when I do an intense workout my relaxer comes out and my hair gets knappy. I previously lost 35 lbs but gained it all back 🙁 but now I’m refocused and determined to make this permanent change. I’m already down 12lbs! I know I will reach my goal. I don’t often listen to music during exercise, but I my sister let me borrow her ipod once, and I feel that music takes the stress away somehow. I want to make my own playlist, but I just realised I don’t even know where to begin!
