In 2015 I finally decided to get my life together and I did the Kayla fitness bbg, but for the first 3 months I saw no weight loss and I finally was about to get up, but I didn’t. It’s really done through trial and error, right now you’re not eating enough, but there’s a happy medium between gaining and losing. I actually gained 2lbs trying to find my happy medium, not a big deal, but it helps to find that sweet spot then it becomes a lot easier. I also had to lower my cardio!
