We all need motivation and it’s refreshing when someone points out the basic heathy lifestyle choices, as opposed to the quick fixes. Ur such a beautiful person inside and out. I can relate so much to ur past weight issues as I’m very obese. I’m also chronically ill and on many meds and yes ur right I do play the victim and then the binge happens. Psychologically it’s very important to have the right mindset. Iv tried many times yet I keep failing. After watching this vid I’m motivated and I plan on not giving up this time.
