I also noticed that I wasn’t consuming soy milk or eating any overt fats for at least a week simply because I was so satisfied with carbs. I’ve had acne problems recently after having baby-clear skin all summer (I have cystic acne when not treated properly through medication and diet) and cutting way down on the fat definitely helped. I am going to try to be inspired by the way you guys eat because clearly it works!
