So I am 100% going to use that app you mentioned it will definitely be more efficient for me with a new baby I can bring her with me and work out.. thanks for all the tips I will be coming back to all these videos in a few months when I can start running and getting moving! look forward to more videos….I would love to see more healthy meal ideas and a grocery list… that’s where I get stuck the most with healthy eating and even more so because I have to cook for my family as well. my fiance is also celiac so no gluten is allowed for him although I do eat it myself.
