    Really really enjoy these videos. .I’m pregnant with my second baby and
    before getting pregnant I had some extra pounds so I’m not feeling the best
    about my body and I know it’s probably going to be worse after I have the
    baby. So I am 100% going to use that app you mentioned it will definitely
    be more efficient for me with a new baby I can bring her with me and work
    out.. thanks for all the tips I will be coming back to all these videos in
    a few months when I can start running and getting moving! look forward to
    more videos….I would love to see more healthy meal ideas and a grocery
    list… that’s where I get stuck the most with healthy eating and even more
    so because I have to cook for my family as well. my fiance is also celiac
    so no gluten is allowed for him although I do eat it myself. I am going to
    try to become gluten free with him after baby too! anyways thanks shay for
