    My whoops moment was just like yours.. I went on vacation but still kept
    eating and working out less when I got back. Now I started the gym and am

    The amount of times i have had my whoops moment is ridiculous! i got into
    an 8 week summer challenge and was doing awsome within 2 weeks i saw minor
    progress. i thought i deserved a cheat meal so i went out and had some
    fried chicken… and it all went down hill for about a good 4 days. i would
    eat healthyishh all day but have a cookie here drink some pop there eat a
    lio extra at night and realised my progress completely stopped. i was
    getting pretty upset so i just got up one day and started all over agian!
    still a very long way to go and i really hope i win becuase id love to
    incorporate anything in my routine and diet to loose this belly!

    My whoops moment was basketball season! I thought okay I could eat whatever
    i want since I was exercising! oh shit i was wrong! Lol gotta get back on
    track and this will help!!!

    my whoops moments are when my bf comes to visit once a month and we go out
    to eat ,he usually comes on the weekends. I’m trying to cut that out and do
    less eating out when he’s here

    My whoops moment was last thanksgiving when I ate myself silly I was going
    ham and yeah it’s thanksgiving you’re suppose to pig out but afterwards I
    didn’t get back into my clean eating dieting and exercising for a month! I
    gained around 10 pounds back I was so bloated and I felt like I couldn’t
    ever get back to my regular routine. Then suddenly I realized I wasn’t
    going to sit here and eat myself back to my original weight. I think it’s
    good to have a slip up it shocks your body when you get back on track. You
    just have to keep telling yourself that you can do it and here I am 40
    pounds lighter from my original weight and I feel great.

    My whoops moment has been ongoing since my freshman year in college. That
    year I blew up! Since coming home due to financial reasons I vowed to
    myself to make a change. Your videos and others have motivated me to
    continue on. Since coming home I have lost 10 pounds and I am still
    pushing. I want to lose 15 more pounds by my birthday which is a little
    over a month away and I know this weight loss tea will give me the extra
    push I need.
