I have never been into cycling as I hold most of my excess fat in my legs, and I always found it very tiring. But for whatever reason it’s really working for me now (maybe I just had to turn 40 lol!!). Anyways, in the past 4 nights I have cycled a total of 91 kms… and I don’t plan to stop anytime soon. We have a few really nice areas around, and it’s been really fun to see all the ducks, herons, etc. (not to mention the other cyclists!). One question I have: what do you do in the winter?? I have a good indoor bike… but I’m thinking it’s going to be so boring in comparison. I’m thinking I may take up running on my treadmill during winter… but wondered what you do?
